Requirements for Machined Parts

Requirements

All parts shall be fabricated in accordance with USGS drawing (sheet) numbers, and quantities, as listed in the attached spreadsheet. A total of 53 drawings, for the fabrication of 104 pieces, are provided. Parts are primarily fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum, with a small assortment to be made from bronze alloy 954, 303/304 stainless steel, Delrin or equivalent, G10 (garolite), and polyurethane rubber.

Packaging/Marking

All parts shall be boxed in a heavy-duty cardboard boxes with sufficient packing material to prevent marking, scratching, or damage during shipment. Parts shall be separated ,with like items packaged together, and placed in zip-lock bags. All bags shall be labeled according to the corresponding part titles as listed on each drawing.

Delivery

All parts shall be fabricated and delivered within 42 days after receipt of order. Parts shall be delivered to the following address:
