SYNOPSIS:

CONTROL COLUMN, AIRC; End Item: V-22 VTOL Aircraft PR 80928786 is FOB Origin, I/A Origin. NSN (1680-01-418-3257) is a CONTROL COLUMN, AIRC. This solicitation is for a quantity of 25 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: Astronics Advanced Electronic 3E2Y8 P/N 1064-2. The required delivery is 333 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, Export Control, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 18 February 2020.

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
