About this file

This document is a Modification P00007 to Contract SPE2D2-20-D-0101 between the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Medical and AVKARE LLC. The modification adds FAR clause 52.204-30 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders-Prohibition to the contract. This clause prohibits the contractor from providing or using any covered articles, or products/services from sources, that are prohibited by applicable Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act (FASCSA) orders. The contractor must search for FASCSA orders in the System for Award Management (SAM), and notify the government if they identify any covered articles or sources that are subject to FASCSA orders during contract performance. The modification requires the contractor to take action to remove any prohibited products or services, and to flow down the FASCSA prohibition clause to subcontracts. This modification applies to the existing contract for Anastrozole 1 MG Tablets, Solicitation SPE2D2-20-R-0065, awarded to AVKARE LLC by the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Medical.
