Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge Limestone Road Base Westline Rd. Asst #10055073 Crossover Rd. Asst. #10059947

1. General:

1.1 Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge needs 5,698 tons (not-to-exceed) of Grade A limestone road base delivered to Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge. Roads are combination of maintenance roads and improved all-weather rocked roads. Refuge staff will specify turnaround locations to avoid unnecessary environmental damages and violations of the law.

Any limestone road base delivered to Jocelyn Nungaray NWR exceeding the required 5,698 tons shall be at the expense of the contractor.

1.2 Purpose/End Application: Procure and deliver no more than 5,698 tons of Grade A limestone road base to Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge.

· Contractor Qualifications and Required Specifications: Deliver no more than Five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-eight tons of Grade A limestone road base via belly dump trailers

· Spread dump Grade A limestone road base with Belly Dump Trailers Only on existing improved and unimproved roads

· Run time will be from 7:00am till 4:30pm Monday thru Friday

· Will only be allowed to turn around in specified locations as determined by refuge staff

· Will end deliveries at or less than 5,698 tons

2. Place of Performance and Period of Performance: Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge –

2.1 Delivery coordinates will be: Located at 4318 FM 1985, Anahuac Texas 77514 29°36’26.52” N, 94°31’54.48W

2.2 Period of Performance July 14, 2025 to August 15, 2025.

2.3 Normal duty hours Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In the event of emergencies, Contractor shall provide contact information.

2.4 Nonduty hours include week nights, weekends, and Government holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King JR.s’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

3. Deliverables and/or Delivery Schedule:

Contractor and refuge management must coordinate number and timing of loads at least 24 hours prior to delivery. No LESS than 10 belly dump trucks per day, No MORE than 50 belly dump trucks per day

4. Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) / Government-Furnished Information (GFI)

5. Evaluation and Acceptance The contractor will be evaluated as detailed herein. Government acceptance is contingent upon: Delivery of Grade A Limestone Road Base. <
