NAVAL MEDICAL RESEARCH UNIT SAN ANTONIO

STATEMENT OF WORK

FY ‘21 Page 1

1. TITLE. Temperature Monitor System

2. GENERAL. The Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) is currently seeking a contract for thermal temperature probes and an associated signal conditioning unit (acquisition) with the ability to collect data at 1000Hz and stream data parallel from every channel simultaneously.

3. OBJECTIVE. The Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) requires, via this SOW, a vendor to provide the delivery of the following:

• Shipment of the Opsens CoreSense GSX 1000Hz temperature monitoring system to include:

• 1 quantity of Chassis

• 1 quantity of Master Board

• 4 quantity of a signal conditioning unit (acquisition) with a rate up to 1000Hz and the ability stream data parallel from every channel simultaneously

• 16 quantity of probes (the cable is 5.0 meter long cable with an LCA connector operating temperature range of -40*C to 250*C)

4. SPECIFIC TASKS. The following tasks shall be performed with or independent of Government supervision, direction, or control:

Task 1: Shipment of the equipment is expected within 30-60 business days after receipt of order.

Task 2: Professional Support/Warranty The potential vendor must be able to provide a warranty on the signal conditioning unit (acquisition).

Task 3: Invoicing The invoice shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) / Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (IRAPT). The submission shall include a PDF copy of the invoice uploaded into the miscellaneous tab.

5. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. N/A

6. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. The vendors selected for the contract of this statement of work should have the expertise required to facilitate customer queries and system support. The vendor selected will not provide refurbished equipment.

7. PLACE AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, WORK DAYS AND TRAVEL

a. Period of Performance: 12 month base period.

b. Place of Performance: The product will be delivered to the Tri-Service Research Laboratory, 4141 Petroleum Dr. Bldg # 3260, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234.

c. Work Days: N/A

d. Travel: N/A

8. RESTRICTIONS. None

9. SECURITY CLEARANCE. None required; the effort is unclassified.
