SCOPE OF WORK
Onsite Breaker Testing for Main Electrical Panel Room USDA/ARS/SEA, Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center 2890 Hwy 130 East Stuttgart, AR 72160

GENERAL REQUIREMENT - Visually inspect and clean all breakers in five panels that serve the main building of the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center. Each breaker will have the contact and insulation resistance tested. The feed to the panelboard will be de-energized. The breakers with programmers will be secondarily injected to make sure the programmer is functioning properly. A secondary generator will be provided to continue electrical functions while some panels are being tested.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ACQUISITION
The object of the contract is to visually inspect and clean all breakers in each of five panels that serve the main building of the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center. Each breaker will have the contact and insulation resistance tested. The feed to the panelboard will need to be de-energized. This includes (4) 1 pole 20 amp breakers and (58) 3 pole breakers ranging from 15 to 2500 amps. A secondary generator will be provided to continue electrical functions while some panels are being tested. All testing will be done onsite at the USDA/ARS/SEA, Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center located at 2890 Highway 130 East, Stuttgart Arkansas 72160. Any breakers deemed to be weak or failing will be identified.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
This contract may be terminated for non-performance of duties.
