About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for an electronic key management system and radio frequency identification door locks for Navy unaccompanied housing buildings. The Navy Region Southwest will replace existing door locks in Building 862 at Naval Base Coronado and Naval Air Station North Island with new dormakaba Ilco 790 Series RFID mortise locks compatible with dormakaba Ilco front desk units. The front desk units will be used for keycard encoding and lock programming at the centralized guest check-in location in Building 762 and must be able to program and audit locks while managing front desk functions. The statement of work specifies lock specifications including tamperproof and concealed key override designs, low battery indicators, and minimum two-year warranty. It also provides the inventory of new locks needed and indicates the Navy region's unaccompanied housing operations team will complete installation while the housing staff provides room access.
