Statement of Work- Hitachi HT7800 Transmission Electron Microscope The Hitachi HT7800 Transmission Electron Microscope (serial # 6119-01) serves scientists at ERRC and associated NAA laboratories. The SEM produces high resolution and high magnification images Scope Vendor will perform on site maintenance on the instrument, apply upgrades and troubleshoot any problems.

This one instrument is located at the USDA Eastern Regional Research Center 600 E. Mermaid Lane Wyndmoor PA 19038 Tasks Service personnel will need to check in at reception desk and be escorted to location of instrument.

Instrument will have one preventive maintenance service per year. Travel, labor and housing are to be covered by this contract.

Instrument will also have one non- maintenance visit (on site) per contract year, if needed. Travel, labor and housing are to be covered by this contract.

Vendor will provide software modifications that provide bug fixes and safety related improvements for the instrument. Additional features or upgrades to new products are not covered.

Deliverables Repair visits shall be provided within one week of an incident report.

We require ONE preventative maintenance per year.

We require 48hr emergency service with technician travel and parts included.

Period of performance April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
