STATEMENT OF WORK
Zetec RevospECT Software, Initial and Follow up Training Courses
Shipping Address/Location:
Norfolk Naval Shipyard 276 Beatty Street Portsmouth, VA 23709 Attn: Patrick Carnes, Code 135 Building 184, 3rd Floor
1.0: Introduction: RevospECT Training Course initial and follow up on-site training.
1.1 Background: Code 135 is Norfolk Naval Shipyard’s (NNSY) Non Destructive Testing Division. While primarily located in NNSY Building 184, Code 135 has locations throughout NNSY. Code 135 performs Non Destructive Testing Services on US Navy Ships in Availability at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, US Navy Ships in the MIDLANT Region and other Navy Regions, and at other sites within Naval Sea Systems Command.
1.2 Objective/Scope: The objective is to procure the RevospECT HX PRO Automated Analysis software from Zetec Inc. This software is used to perform Eddy Current inspections on heat exchangers of various Naval vessels to ensure fleet readiness. Zetec is also to provide one week Initial and one week Follow up, on-site training for RevospECT Training course.
1.3 Salient Characteristics: The salient characteristics listed below reflect the characteristics essential to the minimum needs of the Government for Eddy Current Tubing Inspection:
· Salient Characteristics for the Software:
· RevospECT HX PRO Software Site License – Base year start in 2024.
· RevospECT HX Pro Automated Analysis Software version 1.x.x
· Site license for one (1) month of use quotation is for 12 months continuous use.
· Up to two (2) sites may use this licensing at the same time.
· Unlimited quantity of RevospECT HX PRO licenses.
· Salient Characteristics for the Initial and Follow-up Training:
· Initial RevospECT one week training: Familiarization course at customer’s facility.
· Vendor will provide a trainer to travel to customer’s facility to provide training.
· Follow up one week training: Will provide a more advanced and focused on site specific RevospECT configurations.
1.4 Period of Performance: Both Training courses are a week long. Dates of training TBD and as soon as possible after contract award.
1.5 Place of Performance: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA, 23709. On-site training. Building 1763 Floor 2 Eddy Current Lab
