Statement of Work (SOW) for

60 MDG/SGCS

Laparoscopes

Description: 60 MDG/SGCS – Operating Room (OR) requires Laparoscopes that are compatible with the Stryker Endoscope system (Model 1688 AIM) currently used in our OR during laparoscopic surgery. The laparoscopes provides clear and consistent lighting while exploring the anatomy of the surgical patient. They also allow the surgical team to view at multiple different angles, 0 degree and 30 degrees. These angles provide adequate identification of the patients’ organs. This will further our capabilities of our current system to maximize efficiency of surgical specialties.

The contractor will provide the following Laparoscopes:

15 - 5.4MM 0 degrees, HD Laparoscope 15 - 5.4MM 30 degrees, HD Laparoscope, 30CM 15 - Autoclavab Laparoscope, 0 A View 15 - Autoclavab Laparoscope, 30 A View

Specifications/Salient Characteristics: The laparoscopes shall be compatible with the Stryker Endoscope System (Model 1688 AIM) currently used at David Grant Medical Center (DGMC). The scopes shall meet the following minimum specification.

- The scopes shall have Stryker proprietary lens technology to enable visualization of fluorescent and near-infrared wavelengths

- The scopes shall be compatible with Infrared Illumination System (IRIS)

- The scopes shall be compatible with Endoscopic Near-infrared Visualization (ENV)

- The scopes shall have Aspherical Lens Technology

- The scopes shall have improved light transmission and edge brightness

- The scopes shall have laser welded enclosures
