About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center's procurement of a Carestream INDUSTREX HPX-1 Plus computed radiography system for industrial radiography inspection of aircraft, aircraft components, research hardware, and aerospace structures. The system must support digital radiography inspection capability, image acquisition, image review, and inspection documentation in accordance with applicable Government and Department of Defense nondestructive inspection procedures.

The contractor shall deliver one complete Carestream INDUSTREX HPX-1 Plus computed radiography system with the following components: one HPX-1 Plus CR Reader (Cat. No. 1514439), one INDUSTREX Desktop PC without monitor (Cat. No. 1054402), one HPX-1 Diagnostic Tool Kit (Cat. No. 1008804), one HPX-1 Digital Plate Carrier (Cat. No. 1008796), two INDUSTREX CR Cassettes with 10 mil copper (Cat. Nos. 8583619 and 1543826), and one Cassette Plate Extraction Tool (Cat. No. 8423600). All components must be new OEM Carestream/INDUSTREX equipment and mutually compatible; substitution of alternate manufacturers or models is not acceptable unless specifically approved by the Government. Deliverables also include applicable software, manuals, setup documentation, warranty documentation, packing list, and an invoice consistent with the accepted quotation. Delivery shall be coordinated with the Government point of contact at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Edwards, California 93523. Upon receipt, the Government will inspect all items for presence, condition, proper identification, and system compatibility, with acceptance occurring after verification of quantities, part numbers, documentation, and basic system condition, potentially including setup and functional checks. The period of performance begins on the date of award and continues through final delivery and Government acceptance, with delivery timing contingent on vendor availability and any delivery schedule established at award.
