About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) describes a due diligence and supplier screening service for NASA Kennedy Space Center, focused on addressing foreign influence risks for SBIR and STTR award applicants. The service includes three levels of screening: Standard RPS (company and trade styles), Enhanced RPS (screening for PEPs, watchlists, sanctions, and adverse media), and Enhanced RPS+ (which adds ultimate beneficial ownership and state-owned company sanction list checks).

Key service capabilities include ongoing monitoring and alerts, rule-based custom alerts, third-party supplier screening, risk change monitoring, corporate linkage visualization, supplier portfolio reporting, and FCPA anti-bribery compliance. The contract will be performed at NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida from December 2025 to December 2026. Additionally, the document includes two AI-related contract requirements: mandatory disclosure of AI technology use during contract performance and specific provisions for AI systems or services acquisitions, as defined by OMB memo M-25-22.
