2.1.4.1 Building 003, Room 318 and 319. Install ACS in the server room. The area requires one (1) card reader and associated equipment for each hallway door.

2.1.4.2. Building 004, Room 111. Replace legacy keypad reader on the entry door with a new keypad reader, install two (2) motion sensors within the room and add battery back-up to the panel in Room 110. Perform preventative maintenance to the ISC and power supply panel IAW OEM specifications on all ACS and IDS equipment for the room.

2.1.4.3. Building 010B. Replace legacy card readers on the main entry door, growth chamber room entry door, and individual Growth Chamber doors 36 & 37 with new keypad/readers. Program into PACS. Perform preventative maintenance to the ISC panel IAW OEM specifications on all ACS and IDS equipment at the Growth Chambers.

2.1.4.4. Building 011. Replace legacy keypad/readers on Headhouse 2, Greenhouse 2, and VC-1 doors with new keypad/readers. Perform preventative maintenance to the ISC and power supply panel IAW OEM specifications on all ACS and IDS equipment for the room.

Building 052. Install glass break sensors in every room that has a window.

2.1.4.5. Building 229. Install three (3) additional card readers. One (1) on a former emergency exit door at the rear of the building, and on two (2) separate hallway entrances leading to poultry areas.

3.0. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TASKS.

3.1. Troubleshoot deficiencies and restore capabilities to OEM specifications.

3.1.1. Building 004. Troubleshoot to discover the cause of 16 glass break sensors and balanced magnetic sensors are offline (Rooms 10, 12, 14, 15 16, 19, and 25).

3.1.2. Building 004, Room 111. Troubleshoot to discover the cause of the strike not engaging which prevented the door from being locked. Verify that the contact is properly sealed in the door frame. Test the IDS. The door currently shows as forced entry when the door is closed.

3.1.3. BARC Building 010. Analyze the cause for reduced/loss of power to access control systems, i.e., card readers, magnetic sensors, electric strikes. Secondly, troubleshoot Headhouse 5 door to determine the cause why the System Tree shows a need for maintenance (wrench icon). Lastly, correct the open line fault to Headhouse 6.

3.1.4. BARC Building 010A. Troubleshoot the double door in the basement to determine the cause why the System Tree shows a need for maintenance (wrench icon).

3.1.5. Building 011. Analyze the cause of the loss of power to access control systems, i.e., card readers, magnetic sensors, electric strikes to multiple ACS.

3.1.6. Building 014. Analyze and restore LNL-1100 to operation. It’s marked with a yellow X in the System Tree. The Government will supply an LNL-1100, if needed.

3.1.7. Building 177C. Analyze and restore LNL-1100 to operation. It’s marked with a yellow X in the

System Tree. The Government will supply an LNL-1100, if needed.
