Statement of Work
INTRODUCTION
Western Region fourth floor conference room audio and visual equipment upgrade and installation.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Western Regional Office 2600 N Central Ave 4th floor Suite 435, Buffalo Room and 436, Eagle Room
SCHEDULED FOR SERVICES
Work must be scheduled Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm prior coordination and approval is required. All work must be scheduled throughout the Regional Director’s Office POC Kimberly Blanchard, Management & Program Analyst.
SCOPE OF WORK – Equipment installation and connection
The contractor shall provide delivery and installation of equipment that will include mounting of the TV and speaker equipment. The contractor will ensure all equipment is connected and operational. Contractor will provide training to designated BIA staff on how the to operate the equipment.

TESTING AND INSPECTIONS
Contractor will provide equipment test and training to operate.
WORKPLACE SAFETY
The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment while onsite. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal laws and with such additional measures as the Contracting Officer may find necessary. The Contractor is required to implement a ZERO INJURY PROGRAM for this job/project.
