About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for technical and strategic support services required by the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) at NASA. The SOW is intended to bridge a gap in services between the expiring Strategic Planning, Program Management Subject Matter Support (SPPMSMES) contract and the upcoming Data Analysis, Financial, and Technical Support Services (DATSS II) contract.

The SOW requires the contractor to provide strategic evaluations and assessments to support decision-making on ARMD's research portfolio, including analysis of feasibility, risks, benefits, and performance measurement. The contractor must have extensive knowledge of ARMD's operations, research portfolio, and personnel. Key tasks include providing evaluations and assessments, supporting strategic meetings, and preparing briefings for various stakeholders. The period of performance is from May 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024.

The related federal contract opportunity is a sole-source acquisition for these technical and strategic support services from Crown Consulting, Inc. under FAR Part 13. NASA intends to acquire commercial items and services, and interested parties may submit capabilities and qualifications by April 25, 2024.
