About this file
This statement of work describes requirements for four benchtop power supplies to be used by simulation hardware engineers at NASA. The power supplies must each provide 400W of power across dual 30V, 20A outputs with voltage programming accuracy of 0.03% plus 4mV and current accuracy of 0.1% plus 6mA. Additional specifications include ripple and noise levels between 20Hz and 10MHz.
The related federal contract opportunity posted by NASA's National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center seeks to procure the four benchtop power supplies specified in the statement of work. No further details are provided on pricing terms, response dates, or other procurement requirements.

Statement Of Work (SOW)
1. Objective & Requirements:
A large part of simulation hardware engineering includes understanding and troubleshooting electrical signals that are sent between the various devices and the power used by various parts of the cockpit. To do this, effective tools that are able to monitor and simulate signals and provide power at the right levels is necessary. These will be used in engineering benches to help prototype and test equipment before they're used, and they will also be used to help troubleshoot issues that come up after the cockpit is in operation. Effective tools to accomplish these tasks are necessary to have on hand for the simulation hardware engineers to use.
2. Characteristics, Scopes, and Specs:
• 4 benchtop power supplies that meet the following specifications o Key Specs o 400W Dual output 30V, 20A.
o Programming Accuracy ± (% of output + offset)
Voltage: 0.03% + 4 mV Current: 0.1% + 6 mA o Ripple and Noise (20 Hz to 10 MHz) Normal Mode Voltage: <350 µVrms / 4.5 mV p-p Normal-mode current: <1 mA rms o Readback Accuracy ± (% of output + offset) Voltage: 0.03% + 4 mV Current: 0.1% + 6 mA Low Range Current, 100 mA: 0.25% + 160 uA o LAN, USB, GPIB control capable o Power devices with up to 40 A or voltage up to 60V using auto-parallel or auto-series that internally connect the two outputs into a single output with twice the power.
o Two independent 200 W channels that can be combined into a single 400 W channel.
o Ability to simulate power problems:
Generate complex sequences of output changes with rapid, precise timing synchronized with internal or external signals Computer or front panel programmable slew rates for voltage.
o Overvoltage (OVP) and Overcurrent (OCP) protection with <5ms output drop activation for OVP or OCP conditions o Data Logger function with measurement intervals from 200ms to 60s with maximum duration of 20,000 hours o Input power:
