Background

To study Titan’s stratospheric ice clouds and astrophysical-relevant ices experimentally, we perform transmission IR spectroscopy on thin ice films formed in a spherical vacuum ice chamber under high vacuum.

Scope

Diamond Materials makes custom-sized and wedged CVD diamond windows that will be used on the spherical vacuum ice chamber.
