1 FS-BA0-115v-EC

Standard FlexStream™ Base Module in Expansion Cabinet, 115VAC/60Hz. Automated permeation system with touch screen interface for controlling operating modes, temperature, and dilution flow. Features remote operation if connected to a user supplied PC running FlexLink™ software (included). Automatically calculates and sets flows required to achieve output concentration based on permeation tube information used.

Teflon® output tubing provides inert path for most chemicals. Standard dilution flow range of 0.25 to 5.0 slpm is controlled and measured through a MFC (N2 or Air carrier). Digital temperature control from 5° C above ambient to 150° C in 0.1° C increments. Placed in an expansion cabinet that will hold up to 3 modules.

Uses disposable permeation tubes and liquid filled refillable permeation tubes and works with other FlexStream modules. Comes with glass permeation tube adapter bottle, 57H/LFH and 57S adapters, and operating manual. Requires safe vent connection for excess gas 1 n/a n/a

2 FS-PMGF-115v

FlexStream™ Gas Feed Permeation Module, 115VAC/60Hz. A FlexStream PM Module that also converts to a Gas Feed system. Connects to and works with the FlexStream™ Base module to convert a standard permeation oven (PM) to an oven that uses Trace Source™ Gas Fed (57H/S) permeation tubes. Provides automatic pressure control and manual needle valve for maintaining component gas pressure inside permeation tube. Equipped with automated pressure controller and digital pressure readout. User supplies pure component gas for 'feeding' gas into certified Trace Source™ Gas Fed (57H/S) permeation tube. Also acts as a standard PM Module. Can be placed in a single module cabinet or expansion cabinet with other modules. Permeation tube and pure component gas sold separately. Requires safe vent connection for excess gas. 1

3 FS-IM

Standard FlexStream™ Interface Module. Manually controlled, mechanical module that works with the FlexStream™ System to provide easy interface with analyzers when backpressure is needed or set flow to the analyzer is required. Equipped with two standard toggle ports and a syringe port for delivering calibration gas to a nearby analyzer with adustable output pressure from ambient to 40 psig (only 18 psig max allowed if used with HG Module). Is used when an analyzer mandates either a steady or inected sample stream, or where back pressure is required for sample introduction. Equipped with manually controlled backpressure regulator, analog pressure readout, and internal Teflon® manifold (120 cc volume). Requires safe vent connection for excess gas. 1
