Statement of Work (SOW) Project: NMRTC MEDIACOM CABLE

(Follow-on to N6890816P0319)

GENERAL INFORMATION

1.0 Scope of Work: Mediacom Southeast, LLC (the Contractor) will provide Bulk

Family and Local-Plus TV Service (the Service) to the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) campus with sufficient strength and quality for distribution to seventy-four (74) total drops: Seventy-one (71) to Building 2268 and three (3) drops and Building 2269.

2.0 Background: Mediacom Southeast, LLC has provided cable television service for

NMRTC Pensacola for the last five years as the sole provider to NMRTC under a franchise agreement.

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks: Contractor shall maintain the Service with sufficient strength and quality for distribution up to each building’s demarcation point, inclusive of the demarcation points, and the contractor owned, distribution amplifier(s), at no cost. All service maintenance, including travel, will be at no cost.

Contractor will only respond to service requests from NMRTC Facilities personnel or the Purchasing Team in MMD. Any requests, additions or changes to any of the terms of the contract that result in additional charges must be approved in writing and will only be made through modifications to the contract by the Contracting Officer.

The Government will not be responsible for any charges resulting from changes made without prior written authorization, (i.e. contract modification) from the Contracting Officer.

4.0 Government Furnished: It is understood that the cable TV equipment and cabling beyond the demarcation point at each building is Government-owned. The distribution amplifier at each building’s demarcation point, the TV equipment, and cabling beyond the demarcation point belong to the Government.

4.1 Schedule: Service and deliveries shall be scheduled during normal business hours (08:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). Contractor shall coordinate service with NMRTC Facilities staff to gain access to any required area in which service is required.

Service will not be scheduled to occur on Federal Holidays:

5.0 Deliverables: All service work shall be documented referencing the contract number, purchase order number, equipment model, serial number, and the work performed as applicable. All field service reports shall be provided to NMRTC Facilities representative prior to departure.

7.0 Security Requirements: The Contractor shall comply with all NMRTC check in/checkout processes which may require sign-in/out and returning any Government property (i.e., identification badges).
