STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements Requested vehicles are a temporary assignment as part of the Mars 2020 Contingency Field Team Deployment activities that are required in support of a potential radiological contingency associated with the launch of the Mars 2020 spacecraft.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

The contractor shall perform the following duties:

• Provide a total of 33 short term rental vehicles for the Mars 2020 Launch. The breakdown is as follows:

• 4 (total) – 7 passenger vans is needed as soon as possible. Then end date is thru a successful launch.

• 7 (total) – 7 passenger vans is needed from June 1, 2020, through August 8, 2020.

• 4 (total) – 4 x 4 full size crew cab pickup trucks is needed from June 1, 2020, through

August 18, 2020.

• 18 (total) – 4 x 2 full size crew cab pickup trucks is needed from June 1, 2020, through

August 8, 2020.

• 33 fuel cards for the vehicles is requested. MCC Code on all fuel cards should be set for fuel only.

• 33 vehicles will need to be dropped off and picked back up at Building #66330 Apollo

• Request all trucks and passenger vans have metal roofs to support gutter-mounted radio antennas and MPCD transmitting equipment with magnetic bases.
