The USDA, Agricultural Research Service has a need to purchase a total of 240 tons of #2 yellow feed corn, delivered as described:

140 tons of corn delivered to the headquarters facility, 6 mile north of Dubois, Idaho 100 total tons of corn delivered to the Mud Lake feedlot Below are specifications for Corn and delivery at both locations:

#2 yellow whole corn that has been harvested in 2021 growing season only:

Corn shall be free of insects and insect damage. Corn shall contain minimal dust and cracking of kernels. Unloading of corn shall be done by using bottom dump hoppers (no lifting required). Unloading time is estimated between 0.5 and 1 hour per truckload.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is necessary for delivery of corn.

Delivery at Dubois will be on two separate dates:

140 ton from November 29th to December 22, 2021 Delivery at the Mud Lake Feedlot will be one time:

100 ton from November 29th to December 22, 2021 Delivery Hours shall be: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm. Monday – Thursday. No Deliveries after 2:30 PM. No Deliveries on Fridays 140 tons of corn delivered to the Headquarters facility, located 4 miles north of Dubois, ID on Interstate 15, take Exit 172, and turn east for 2 miles 100 tons of corn delivered to the Mud Lake Feedlot, located 2 miles west of Mud Lake, Idaho on Highway 33. The entrance gates are locked so prior notice is required to have someone unlock the gates and assist with unloading.

Quantity variance shall be no greater than 10% of tonnage at each location.
