MEMORANDUM FOR Record
SUBJECT: Scope of Work for Camp Blanding (Bldg 4600) Food Contract
1. The following outlines the scope of work requested for the feeding contract during 1-265th ADA Annual Training/ EAS (20 April 2024 – 11 May 2024).
2. Meals are requested for the below quantities, dates, and times:
a. Meal Type: Breakfast
b. Dates: 21 April – 11 May April (21 days)
c. Number of Personnel: 305 from 21 April - 27 April then 235 from 28 April - 11 May
d. Delivery Location: Camp Blanding- 5629 FL-16 W, Starke, FL 32091 (Bldg 4600)
e. Delivery Times: 0630-0700 daily
a. Meal Type: Dinner
b. Dates: 20 April – 10 May (21 days)
c. Number of Personnel: 305 from 20 April - 26 April then 235 from 27 April - 10 May
d. Delivery Location: Camp Blanding- 5629 FL-16 W, Starke, FL 32091 (Bldg 4600)
e. Delivery Times: 1630-1700 daily
3. Vender must be located within 20 miles of the Camp Blanding and operate out of a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Non-local small businesses operating out of a leased kitchen/facility will not be accepted.
4. Meals must include a healthy portion consisting of a balance from different food groups, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats and must contain, at a minimum, a main course, two sides, dessert, salad, and several drink options.
