STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

USCGC RIDLEY

Reverse Osmosis Unit Procurement

1. BACKGROUND:

New Reverse Osmosis unit required to repair CGC RIDLEY’s potable water system.

2. REFERENCE:

DISCREP: 26012 – RO System OOC OP IMPACT: Unable to make potable water

ASSIST: PBPL

REMARKS: Reverse Osmosis will not operate. SF recommends replacing unit.

3. SCOPE OF WORK:

Contractor will procure: Reverse Osmosis Unit PW-400-CPB, 440VAC, 3Phase 60HZ, Part Quantity: 1 Each

4. WORKMANSHIP:

All work shall be accomplished with the best standard practices, and by workmen thoroughly experienced in the required trades. The ships force shall install the unit, supervised by experienced personnel, and shall be satisfactory to the Engineer Petty Officer.

5. REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE:

All items must be delivered no later than December 15, 2026, as determined by procurement lead times identified through market research. Early delivery is acceptable and strongly encouraged by the Government. The contractor must confirm their ability to meet this deadline in their quotation and provide notification upon shipment.

6. SHIPPING TERMS:

Shipping terms are FOB Destination. The contractor is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the specified shipping address.

9. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

All contractor personnel requiring access to the place of performance OR delivery location to complete work under this contract must possess a valid-state issued REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card, or an acceptable alternative form of identification as defined by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) [https://www.dhs.gov/real-id]. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all personnel are properly credentialed to gain base access. Failure to comply with access requirements may result in delays to performance and will not constitute an excusable delay.
