Statement of Work (SOW): CAPA
PROJECT TITLE: CAPA Centre for Aviation.
1. BACKGROUND:
The mission of the Export-Import Bank of the US (EXIM) Research Center is to support the work of EXIM officials and employees who serve exporters and other clientele by providing high-quality and useable information delivered in a timely manner.
The EXIM Research Center has a requirement for continuing access to the Diamond (premium) research service from the CAPA Centre for Aviation, for the Research Center and the Transportation Divisions.
CAPA provides coverage of all aspects of the aviation industry across all geographic areas.
Many vendors provide news and analysis of the aviation industry, but most are limited in their coverage to one or two specific aspects of the sector, such as aircraft financing. CAPA provides news and analysis about every aspect of the aviation industry globally, including airline fleet analyses, traffic data, key people, aircraft valuations, airports, and financial information at the airline, airport, regional, country and international levels.
2. SCOPE:
Established in 1990, CAPA - Centre for Aviation is the leading provider of independent aviation market intelligence, analysis, reports and data services, covering worldwide developments on a daily basis. They offer an extensive range of information services developed by a global team of writers and analysts covering the entire spectrum of commercial aviation.
CAPA Members receive unrivalled industry analysis and a customized selection of over 400+ daily news articles, as well as online access to comprehensive industry data and company profiles. CAPA produces a range of CAPA Reports and presentations on key industry issues and trends. The largest collection of current CEO interviews and aviation executive commentary is available via CAPA TV.

3. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: None.
4. SPECIFIC TASKS:
Task 1. Provide access to the CAPA database service, including data and publications.
5. DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Delivery of database access is on September 29, 2021 and subsequently on September 29 of each option year.
6. GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED EQUIPMENT AND INFORMATION: None.
7. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Contractor shall prepare and load data at worksites they define. Compilation of data is not required to be done at a specific place of performance.
EXIM shall be able to access data platforms by using the EXIM Intranet &/or the Internet.
8. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: September 29, 2021 – September 28, 2022 (base year)
Anticipated period of performance will be 5 years, a base period, plus four twelve month option periods.
9. SECURITY: Unclassified.
URLs, usernames and passwords shall be provided to EXIM upon request. Contractor shall secure their data and computers. EXIM business is confidential; contractor shall keep EXIM queries and interests private.
