Statement of Work (SOW) Functional Requirements: CMS expressed interest in needing to encrypt all database tables within the WLIB DB.
Solution and Scope of Services: Intek is proposing a change order to encrypt the database at the WLIB level. The details on exactly how this happens will be provided in the design document for the change order.
Estimated dates for software enhancements will be provided upon design finalization with the customer and receipt of a down payment. At that point the change order is scheduled on the development sprint, unless an expedited fee is paid to move up the development sprint as a priority.
Functional Requirements: CMS expressed interest in needing to display a WARNING message when a user logs into Warehouse Librarian.
Solution/Scope of Services: Intek is proposing the Warning message be displayed at time of user log in. This message is editable at any time given the appropriate rights level at time of log in.
Testing Use Cases: Testing of the use cases and developing tests will be determined by CMS staff.
Encryption: The contractor is to:
1. Upgrade backup and upgrade the database to Zen 14
2. Enable encryption while data is in transit
3. Enable encryption while data is at rest be encryption all database tables with AES-256 encryption
4. Complete testing in the CMS environment to ensure full functionality of the software
Warning Banner: The contractor is to:
1. Provide a CMS customizable warning message when a user logs into Warehouse Librarian
2. Warning banner should be able to be edited by CMS
3. Warning banner should have unlimited characters
4. Warning banner should be 508 compliant
