Air Base 101, Niamey, Niger, Africa Market Research – Sources Sought

Drone Jammer Guns

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA5422-20-Q-7111 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought.

Air Base 101 (AB 101) anticipates a requirement that is being considered under Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 334511. The size standard for this NAICS is 1,250 employees.

The requirement is for: handheld drone jammer guns capable of disabling drones up to 1km away.

Jamming signal must be directed so as to not interfere with nearby equipment. Capable vendors are encouraged to reference any drone jammer certifications or approvals they have received from federal agencies.

Include in your response your DUNS and Cage Code.

We are interested in any size business that is capable of meeting this requirement.

Market research is being conducted to determine interest, and capability of potential sources for the requirement.
