Solicitation 140L0621R0031

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has an upcoming requirement for the replacement and installation of corrugated metal pipe culverts and pre-cast concrete bridge structures in two locations outside of Eugene, OR.

The estimated magnitude of construction is $500,000 - $1,000,000.

This Sources Sought is intended as a means of conducting market research, which will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent award. The applicable

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is

237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. FAR 52.219-4, Limitations on Subcontracting, will apply wherein at least 15 percent of the work must be performed by the small business prime contractor and similarly situated small business subcontractors.
