SOL-OAA-15-000142 - AMENDMENT 001
Q1. Under Section C "additional" work it specifically asks for a "current" work supervisor. Is that a mistake? It would not be current since I don't work at previous positions anymore?
A1. Please list your most recent supervisor.
Q2. I have worked in various jobs related to the job description. Am I allowed to only list 2 as per for form or can I list more? If so, how? Or alternatively I guess my resume might suffice in showing the other places that I have worked?
A2. Please refer to “HOW TO APPLY”. In addition to your resume, Form 302-3 allows you to attach additional pages. Ensure all additional pages include name, address and offer number.
Q3. Under How to Apply #2 says I must attach a resume to the 302-3 form. I am not sure how that is done? Or does it mean attach a resume to the e-mail that I will submit??
A3. Your application including 302-3, writing sample and resume must be submitted via email. All documents must be in PDF format.
Q4. I am having problems with the form. The form does not allow me to type in information under
Section C #9. Is there someone that can help me resolve this glitch?
A4. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. For the purpose of this application, please provide the information on a separate page, clearly identifying it as response to Section C, box 9.
Q5. Can companies provide candidates for this solicitation?
A5. Companies cannot respond or supply resumes in response to this solicitation. At
USAID, a personal services contractor, or PSC, is an individual who enters into a contract that generally establishes an employer-employee relationship with the
Agency. The individual appears, in many respects, to be a Government employee;
however, USAID’s PSCs are legally not USG employees for the purpose of any law administered by the Office of Personnel Management.
