Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Student Services Contract

Performance Requirement

Measurable Performance Standard

Level Non-Compliance Disincentive

Students hired & placed in a timely manner.
The contractor shall identify qualified students within 30 calendar days after receiving the government’s request. If no qualified student has been identified after 30 days, the contractor shall provide the government with a summary of the steps that have been taken to find one along with an estimated timeframe for completing the search.
No more than 10% of announcements shall exceed 30 days.
Unsatisfactory performance shall be documented annually in the contractor’s past performance evaluation in the category of TIMELINESS. This evaluation will be used as an evaluation factor in competition for future requirements.
Submit accurate, monthly progress reports in a timely fashion.
The contractor shall establish a set schedule for submitting monthly reports and consistently deliver accurate reports on-time.
A report that is delivered within one workday of the due date will be considered on-time.
