About this file
This document provides justification for a sole source contract award. The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is seeking umbilical sheaths under solicitation SPMYM223Q1892. According to the justification, only one supplier is capable of meeting the agency's requirements due to having the specialized equipment, facilities, and proprietary manufacturing process required. The sole source award would allow the agency to maintain supply of this critical component without interruption while transitioning to a new supplier over time.
