FOR FEDERAL PROCUREMENTS UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD (i.e. < $150,000)

Text1: The USDA, ARS, Plant Sciences Institute in Beltsville, Maryland has a requirement for sequencing with an estimated dollar value of $10,800.00

The DNA2.0 will custom modify their proprietary vector constructs (used for genome editing) to our specifications to be used for invasive insect pest laboratory research. The modified vectors will be $3,000 apiece, and dual gRNA constructs to be used with these vectors will be $2,400 apiece.

The DNA2.0 company is the only vendor that will perform custom modification (using Invasive Insect Biocontrol and Behavior Laboratory-provided nucleic acid sequences) of their proprietary genome editing vector constructs to meet our Laboratory's specific research needs.
