The Horicon NWR-Plumb Island has a requirement for a utility work machine with attachments equivalent to a Bobcat Toolcat 5600. This work machine will replace a side-by-side UTV, and a lawnmower with various attachments that are unique to the lawn mower make and model. The utility work machine will fill the needs of both the side-by-side UTV and the lawnmower with greater capability because it has the ability to connect to and operate any standard skid steer attachment. The Refuge currently owns a significant number of attachments and others are available from nearby stations. The work machine will be placed on a remote station located on an island in Lake Michigan and is more easily transported to the island than other types of heavy euqipment such as skid steers, loaders, etc. This work machine will primarily be used for trail and grounds maintenance.

Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Horicon

NWR, W4279 Headquarters Road, Mayville, WI

53050-1931. The machine shall be assembled, set up, and ready to use upon delivery.
