Statement of Work (SOW) For

60 MXS/MXMCE

Stationary On-Demand Nitrogen Generation System

Background: The 60th MXS Electrical and Environmental section has a requirement for maintaining Liquid Oxygen carts, servicing and purging Patient Therapeutic liquid oxygen converters, Liquid Nitrogen Trucks, C-5 and C17 escape slide and raft bottles using gaseous nitrogen.

Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, parts, labor, training, logistics, and personnel to deliver, assemble/configure, and commission a stationary on-demand nitrogen generation system capable of producing a dry nitrogen product at a purity level conforming to Type 1, Grades A or B, Class 1 of A-A-59503 at a rate of a minimum 9 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) with the ability to boost outlet pressure up to 4,000 psig or higher with a holding tank(s) storage capacity of at a minimum 900 cubic feet of nitrogen at 4,000 psig or greater. The Stationary On- Demand Nitrogen Generation System (Preferred model # SNG III-3 made by CV International or equivalent) must meet the following minimum specifications:

480VAC/3phase 60Hz, total configured system must weigh less than 6,000LBS o Note: Government will supply power to system Have a skid pad or equivalent to allow forklift transport One thousand (1000) hours Spares Kit for Routine/Time change Maintenance as required by manufacture’s recommendation (e.g. fuses, filters, belts, etc.)

Regulator Panel w/ two (2) gauged Outlets (pressure range of 0-5000 PSIG).

o One outlet used for 0-200 psi range, and other outlet used for 0-5000 psi range.

High Pressure Nitrogen Cylinders Storage Assembly or Rack component (or equivalent) that reaches a minimum of A minimum of 900 cubic feet of stored/pressurized/ready to use Nitrogen at 4000 psi or greater o Note: Component not required to be weather proofed System must include High Pressure Hoses, Rated at 8,000 PSI o Note: Length/Quantity determined at assembly/commissioning and hooked up by supplier to plumb into system components as necessary for operable use.

Shipping to location 310 Boyles Street (Building 819 south side), Travis AFB, CA 94535.

Training/Assembly/Commissioning for/of Generation System Technical/Owners Users/Operators Manuals A Purity Analyzer that shows the purity level of nitrogen, oxygen content, and moisture content of output.

Weather proof covering or encasement in line for typical Travis AFB climates and rain 40-115 Fahrenheit (concrete pad is ready for install of unit outside of bldg.

819 south side.

Point of Contact: The contractor shall coordinate receipt of system, training/assembly/commissioning logistics with TSgt Garret Dunn at 707-424-2295 or MSgt McKinney 707-424-5271 upon award.

Special Requirements: All parts and labor must be warrantied for at least 2 years.

Installation/assembly must be warrantied for at least 1 year from date of Government acceptance.

Training: Train all electrical and environmental technicians on the setup, use, inspection, and maintenance for the Stationary On-Demand Nitrogen Generation System.
