Dear Prospective Quoter:
SUBJECT: Request for Quotations Number SEC750-13-Q-0003
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for services to perform testing and maintenance on the fire alarm system at the U.S. Embassy in Quito, Ecuador as required by NFPA 72 standards.
Service work to the fire alarm system must be completed in accordance with the latest edition of the following documents:
NFPA 72; National Fire Alarm Code
Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation Enclosed” to the contracting officer, Mr. Ramon Best, Embassy of the United States, Avigiras E 12 – 170 y Eloy Alfaro, Quito Ecuador, before 5:00 p.m. on April 5, 2013. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section 1 pricing;
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
4. Additional information as required in Section 3.
