SCOPE OF WORK

AIHC Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit 2022

Anadarko Indian Health Center Anadarko, Oklahoma

A. Overview of Project

The intent and objective of this Scope of Work is to purchase a digital mobile x-ray unit for Anadarko Indian Health Clinic, 201 Parker McKenzie Dr., Anadarko, OK 73005, for use in the Same Day Clinic. This will be the initial installation of such equipment. This equipment’s image receptor must be interchangeable with the AIHC’s DRX Imaging Suite imaging receptor’s to eliminate down time in case of detector failure.

B. Services to be Performed by the Vendor

1. The Vendor will sell to the Anadarko Indian Health Center a state of the art Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit

2. The Vendor purchased Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit will consist of the following items:

3. Vendor will provide the following setup and installation services:

i. Delivery of Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit

ii. Complete setup of Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit

· Setting up Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit in designated area

· Connect utility service at the Anadarko Indian Health Center’s source

· Connect phone and data to the Anadarko Indian Health Center’s network

· Startup and testing of Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit

· Physicist Acceptance Post-Installation by Radiation Consultants, 620 Oak Summit Road, Edmond, OK 73025 (405) 340-1195

4. Minimum System Requirements

i. The Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit

· 1-14x17 wireless detector interchangeable in with AIHC’s DRX Imaging Suite imaging detector

· 4288*4288 pixels

· Removable, rechargeable battery

· Removable Grid

· 2 extra batteries with charger

· Windows 10 or Linux Based Platform

· Telescoping column

· Advanced Imaging Processing

· Simple image reprocessing for customized visualization for lines, instruments, implants, etc.

· Antimicrobial coating or fast effective way of sanitizing equipment

· 17-21” touchscreen monitor with intuitive user interface

· IT Security Package, including Anti-Virus and Audit Logs

· Cybersecurity features: whitelisting, 90 day patching, HD data encryption, role-based access

· Virtual grid in lieu of physical grid

· Protocol Assist and Repeat/Reject Analysis

· 3 days on-site training

· Non-emergent applications assistance via phone, web or mobile system

· System can be moved manually if batteries are depleted

· Individual clinical protocols

· LED collimator light can be switched on via hand switch, control panel or remote control

· Dedicated clinical protocols set according to department defined age brackets

· kVp range 40 kV to 133 kV

· mAs range 0.32 mAs to 360 mAs

· Exposure from the cord or the remote control

· Anode speed up to 9,000 RPM, 150 Hz

· Heat storage capacity of tube housing 800,000 J = 1,100,000 HU

· Query/Retrieve

· Heat storage capacity of anode 90,000 J = 122,000 HU

· System Wireless Access Point for internal WIFI communication

· Communication with HIS/RIS

· Emergency patient registration

· Audit trail management, detailed tracking of user

· DICOM encryption

· Auto Field of View

· Grid holder

5. Contractor will provide the following support

i. On-line help

ii. Technical support

iii. Customized Equipment to support clinical needs

iv. Applications Training

v. Customer Support Mon-Fri 0800-1700

vi. Transportation, On-Time Delivery

vii. Systems meet OEM Specifications or greater

viii. Equipment Maintenance

6. Government Furnished Items

· The Government will ensure the existing floor structures and building system will support the loads imposed by the work, the occupancy and use of the site and the new diagnostic Mobile X-Ray Unit components.

· Suppling electrical power.

C. Pre-purchase Inspection:

Pre-purchase Inspection – pre-purchase inspection date is the date established in the contract documents when the Digital Mobile X-Ray Unit is to be setup, fully functional, tested (i.e. images transmit to PACS) and is ready to turn over to the Government. All deliverables shall be complete and submitted to the Government at that time.

D. Period of Performance:

Installation-September 1, 2022; The Pre-purchase Inspection is September 5, 2022.

E. Evaluation Criteria:

The quotes received in response to this RFQ will be evaluated by a simple PASS/FAIL.
