DELIVERY OF LUBE OIL
Work Statement The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform as defined in this Scope of Work, the contractor must perform to the standards in this contract.

Period of performance: 27 June 2024 at 0900 (local)
Security Requirements: Due to heightened Security at USCG Facilities, all contractor employees performing tasks related to this SOW, while onboard a Coast Guard facility, shall have proper valid identification. The contractor must be familiar with security sentry protocols for inspection onboard U.S. Coast Guard installation. Time spent undergoing entrance to USCG facilities will not be considered a government delay of work or differing site condition.
Environmental compliance: The contractor shall follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in performance of delivery.
Scope: The contractor shall provide products and delivery required in adherence to the following details:
(1) Provide 1,600 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15W40 lubricating oil (NO SUBSTITUTES).
(2) Delivery must be by truck with pumping capability to USCGC STRATTON. Oil will be pumped over the water (shore to ship).
(3) Contractor must provide 100 feet of hose compatible with female and male 2-inch Camlock fitting.
(4) Contractor must provide onsite spill kit.
(5) Contractor must provide receipt/ manifest on delivery.
