This document is a Scope of Work for a Courtyard Enhancements Project at Summit Behavioral Healthcare, focusing on the courtyards of units C and D. The project involves comprehensive site preparation and landscaping modifications, including complete removal of existing plant life and rocks, installation of a weed barrier, and adding clean fill to specified depth. The work is scheduled to be performed between June and July 2025, with work hours limited to Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A site visit is explicitly required for potential contractors, and the work must be conducted within the secured hospital space with strict equipment and material tracking protocols.

The project excludes concrete repairs, landscaping restoration, and sub-base reconstruction not explicitly outlined in the document. The total project involves meticulous ground preparation in two courtyards, with an emphasis on creating a clean, safe environment post-construction. While no specific pricing information is provided, the document indicates a structured approach to site management, equipment control, and thorough cleanup as critical components of the project's execution.
