Amendment 001 – Government Response to Technical Questions Dataset for Testing HIPAA De-Identification
RFQ# SB1341-16-RQ-0885
| Q1: | There is no information in the solicitation specifying how many records are desired for each area. It is important for us to know if you need 1,000 or 100,000 records or some number in between to accurately respond. How many records are required? |
| A1: | NIST requires all of the records for the desired area. Offerors should specify how many records are in their dataset, and whether their dataset contains living individuals or both living and deceased individuals. |
Q2: Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past?
If available, please provide the incumbent contract number.
If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the government?
A2: There is no incumbent, this is a new requirement.
Note: The submission deadline remains unchanged as a result of this amendment.
