About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for extending maintenance and support coverage of Spirent GPS/GNSS simulator systems at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), Code 524.
The procurement covers maintenance and support services for eleven Spirent GSS9000 GPS/GNSS simulator systems currently operating in the Space Navigation Laboratory (SNL). These simulators provide hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) capabilities essential for developing, testing, verifying, and validating advanced navigation technologies for NASA missions. The contractor shall provide repair of malfunctioning hardware, software updates and patches, technical support and troubleshooting assistance, and general maintenance services necessary to maintain system operability and support NASA testing and development activities. Coverage periods vary by system: one simulator (serial number 90002403) requires maintenance from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, while the remaining ten simulators require coverage from June 1, 2027 through May 31, 2028. The systems include various configurations of 12-channel and 16-channel GPS simulators with support for multiple satellite systems (GPS L1/L2/L5, Galileo E1/E5, BeiDou B1/B2, and GLONASS L1/L2). All maintenance and support services must be provided in accordance with the applicable maintenance agreement for each covered simulator system.
