About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a three-day, in-person innovation and process-streamlining training program at NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC). The contractor shall design and deliver a customized training experience based on the KPMG Ignition Executive Program to accelerate alignment between civil servants and contractors, strengthen innovation culture, streamline NPR/SPR-aligned approval processes, and enhance organizational collaboration and decision-making.

The training comprises three consecutive days conducted in-person at NASA Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. Day 1 focuses on Inside-Out Alignment & Team Identity through stakeholder mapping, persona development, workflow visualization, and MAGIC framework teaming discussions. Day 2 addresses Streamlining Processes & Prioritization Frameworks, including approval process mapping, minimum-necessary NPR/SPR-compliant approval paths, and project selection criteria development. Day 3 covers Innovation Activation & Storytelling through innovation scenario sprints, Pixar-style storytelling, concept poster development, and Shark Tank-style presentations. The contractor must provide qualified facilitators, conduct stakeholder interviews, and deliver all training materials and synthesized outputs. Deliverables include stakeholder maps, personas, journey maps, approval pathway one-pagers, prioritization criteria, stage/decision maps, concept posters, Pixar narratives, and a complete debrief package with owners and next-step roadmap. NASA will provide access to stakeholder groups, NPR/SPR templates, mission documents, budget constraints, and suitable onsite facilities. Acceptance occurs upon delivery of all scheduled training, completion of outputs, and receipt of a full debrief package aligned to mission priorities and process compliance. The requirement may be procured through GSA MAS GS00F275CA or GSA GWAC 47QRCA25DU208, with estimated costs ranging from $20K to $60K depending on duration and facilitation depth.
