STATEMENT OF WORK
Maintenance is required for the Malvern Panalytical Empyrean X-Ray Diffractometer (S/N DY3247) located in building 4602, room 1182 at Marshall Space Flight Center. The level of maintenance provided must equal or exceed Level SC-00085634 maintenance provided by the contractor.
Minimum technical requirements:
• Period of performance must extend from 9 April 2026 to 8 April 2027
• Response time must not exceed 48 hours for the Aeris.
• A minimum of one preventive maintenance call per year within the contract period must be performed
• A minimum of 5 corrective maintenance visits.
• Agreement must provide unlimited emergency phone calls and phone support during regular business hours
• Preventative maintenance should result in the optimal performance for the instrument as stated by the manufacturer
