About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA Glenn Research Center's requirement for annual maintenance and support for their Flow 3D software licensing. The specific procurement includes renewal of a permanent license with two solver instance tokens and 256 core tokens for the CFD software program, covering the maintenance period from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. The licensed location is 21000 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH, with performance to be conducted at the John H. Glenn Research Center, Neil Armstrong Test Facility, with engineers working onsite or via telework.
The SOW emphasizes that any third-party vendor selected must be an approved reseller, and software, licenses, and support must be obtained through an authorized vendor with all associated terms and conditions included in the documentation. Additionally, the document includes two notable requirements related to Artificial Intelligence (AI): contractors must disclose AI technology use during contract performance and provide additional details when acquiring covered AI systems or services, as defined by OMB memo M-25-22.
