Keysight’s Oscilloscope Specifications
The GRC power division needs a Keysight’s Oscilloscope for lab testing and development purposes. The overall requirements for the Oscilloscope are given below.
One Keysight oscilloscope with the following characteristics:
Shall have a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen.
Shall have a bandwidth of 500MHz.
Shall have 4 analog channels.
Shall have 16 digital channels.
Shall have a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter.
Shall have a 50μVrms noise floor.
Shall have a 20 Mpts per channel.
Shall have a sampling rate of up to 3.2GS/s.
Shall have an update rate of 1.3M waveforms per second.
Shall have a zone triggering for isolating signals quickly.
Should have exclusive zone triggering.
Should include Four 500MHz passive probes.
