STATEMENT OF WORK FOR A HELIUM LEAK DETECTOR

1.0 Scope

The Contractor shall provide a GEN3iA data acquisition system.

1 1 ea GEN3iA data acquisition system 1 year **Period of performance will be set at time of order based on contactor response

2.0 Data Deliverables & Warranty

2.1 Warranty

Supplier warrants that all other products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for twenty-four (24) months upon delivery or, where acceptance of the Product is a requirement of the Contract, upon acceptance.

2.2 Certificate of Compliance (C of C) -

Supplier shall provide a certification with each shipment to attest that the parts, assemblies, subassemblies, or detail parts conform to the Order requirements. When applicable, the true manufacturers, lot, batch, date code, and/or serial number must appear on the certification.

Certification must contain the following:

• Customer’s Order number

• Product name

• Part number

• Name and address of manufacturing or processing location

• Manufacturer’s lot, date code

• Quantity and unit of measurement (each, box, case, gallons, etc.)

• Be signed and dated by an official of the company

2.3 Safety Data Sheets

Supplier shall include applicable SDS with each shipment.

3.0 Place of Performance

4.0 Period of Performance

NASA is estimating a period of performance for Section 1.0 deliverables of this document to be 1 year
