Text version

NASA continues to execute In and Out grants, including but not limited to, Leases, Licenses, Permits, Easements, in support of NASA’s missions. NASA requires to have access to a proprietary database of commercial real estate information and comparable market data, including but not limited to, the information, text and photographic and other data images and data contained therein (collectively “the information”). NASA also requires current commercial real estate reports, forecasts, evaluations, simulations, assessments, models, processes, methods, techniques, applications, procedures, formulae, algorithms and other analyses related to real estate or securities, including but not limited to those related to the Licensee’s portfolio (the”Analysis”). NASA critically requires the ability to obtain comprehensive data to provide an overview of the commercial real estate market as well as study the data available for comparable markets and properties. This data allows NASA to strategically develop decisions, leverage data on asking and effective rents, new construction projects, vacancy rates, net absorption, sale comps, lease comps, true owner contacts, and other market analytics. The performance of the system offering this data must be user friendly with fast refresh times on searches and reports and must include relevant search fields. A demonstration of the search functions, data queries, and report building should be available as part of the final submission.

The period of performance shall be for a one (1) year period from award with four (4) one year option periods for a total of 5 years. NASA requires at a minimum of access for 5 individuals with a maximum of 23 individuals. NASA requires annual training to be conducted for all users.
