About this file
This Statement of Work outlines requirements for reviewing a Labview enterprise agreement at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The contractor must provide an updated license file via electronic delivery as part of a software maintenance agreement that supports design generation for various flight projects. The maintenance agreement enables completion of current designs and modification of previously completed designs as needed.
The work will be performed at NASA/GSFC over a 12-month period of performance. This SOW appears to support a sole source procurement from National Instruments Corporation for Labview software renewal, as indicated in the associated special notice (solicitation #80NSSC25890310Q), which has a response deadline of December 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM CST. The procurement falls under NAICS code 513210 and will be executed through NASA's Shared Services Center using commercial item procedures.
