Requirements Document for Heater Tube Materials
This request is for the metal tubes needed for a heater at the NASA Langley Research Center.
The work will include procurement of
• Quantity: 64 Pieces
• Tube: SMLS (Seamless)
• Material: T321 Stainless Steel
• Length: 210.0” +0.125”/-0.0”
• Outer Diameter: 1.00” +0.05”/-0.00”
• Thickness: 0.032” +5%/-5%
• Straightness: 0.01” per foot
• Note: Material certificates are required showing the verification of the material tracking from the original form to the finished product. The material certification is a requirement for payment.
• Note: All tubes produced from the same mill run (batch).
