STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements Improving IT Service Management Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Objectives and Key Results including ITIL 4 accredited certifications for employees within Service Management organizations across OCIO. IT Service Management training designed to assist learners in understanding how to perform and establish IT service management across Service Lines and Agency Level Offices (ALOs). This training offers critical topics such as Service Level Agreements (SLA) design, multi-supplier management, communication, relationship management, Customer Experience design, and customer journey mapping. Additionally, Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve (DPI) course provides practical skills and necessary to create a 'learning and improving' IT (Information Technology) organization with a strong and effective strategic direction.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
The contractor shall perform the following duties:
• Provide 4 ITIL-based instructor-led virtual training sessions for ITIL 4 Specialist:
Create, Deliver, and Support, ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value, ITIL 4 Foundation, and ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve Training (Individual Course) for a total of 65 students.
• Provide access to digital course materials.
• Provide certificate of completion for the course
3. Place of Performance
Virtual platform via MS Team or Cisco WebEX.
4. Period of Performance Course shall be taught FY24/FY25
