About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the renewal of maintenance and support for the current BK Connect (IDEAS) software licensing at the NASA Glenn Research Center. The objective is to obtain maintenance, software support, and upgrades from the authorized vendor, Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer Inc., for a one-year period from April 1, 2024, to March 2023. The work will be performed on-site or through telework. NASA plans to issue a sole-source contract to Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer Inc. under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures, as they are the sole provider of the BK Connect (IDEAS) software. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications by June 17, 2024, to the identified point of contact, which will be evaluated to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
