STATEMENT OF WORK

for Purchase of Turbo Pump

1. Objective/Requirements The purchasing of a new, high performance turbo molecular pump with integrated electronics and controls that will fit onto our existing ISO200 flange and meet pumping speed requirements/

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

• Pumping speed up to 1400 l/s of nitrogen (N2)

• DN250 CF-F inlet flange or equivalent

• Installation in any orientation

• Water cooled, non-heated

• Includes:

o Turbo pump unit o Inlet Screen o Power Line Cable o Mounting Kit o Hand Held Remote

3. Place of Performance

Procurement for Goddard Space Flight Center

4. Period of Performance July 1, 2024
